Cut deep into the castle rock many surprises are to be
discovered in our cellar. An ammunition store in the 1940's
for the troops garrisoned at Ackergill but now returned
to it's original purpose, we scour the auction houses
to keep the cellar stocked with interesting and fine wines.
And as the food we serve changes with the seasons so too
does the wine that accompanies it. From the biggest of
reds to some gravelly whites, Johnnie & Martin will
look forward to discussing wines and taking you to their
kingdom to unearth the treasures that lie within. |
